Our Story
Elevated Commercial Services was built from hands-on experience in the field—seeing firsthand how disorganized projects, poor coordination, and lack of accountability lead to costly problems for property owners. What started as a focus on roofing and building envelope work quickly evolved into something more: a need for structured project management, better communication, and full-scope coordination across multiple trades. That’s what led to the creation of ROOFSPAN, a dedicated division focused exclusively on the building envelope.
